Tri-County Education Pays Center

The Tri-County Education Pays Center provides a program designed to assist full-time EKU students in meeting eligibility requirements in the Kentucky Temporary Assistance Program (K-TAP).  At the Tri-County Education Pays Center, we realize that it is difficult to find the time and resources to pursue a post-secondary education.  In recognition of this fact, the Education Pays Program was created to assist and support K-TAP recipients at EKU-Corbin.

Some benefits of the program include:

  • Work Experience
  • Earn money through work study positions that meet the K-TAP work requirement
  • Mentoring
  • Job Shadowing Placement
  • Training Workshops
  • Peer Support Group
  • Cultural Activities
  • Career Guidance
  • Free Tutoring
