Information Available Through EKU Direct

View or Print your Schedule

  1. Login. If you need to know how to Login, please see item one.user login
  2. From the main menu click on the "Student Services & Financial Aid" Menu.
  3. Click on "Registration".
  4. Click on “Printable Student Schedule” 
  5. To print this you can choose the File menu in the browser and then choose Print
  6. If printing on campus, once the Pharos printing box opens up, please type in your EKU email username and password to access printing services.

 View your Holds

  1. Login. If you need to know how to Login, please see item one. user login 
  2. From the main menu click on the "Student Services & Financial Aid" Menu.
  3. Click "Student Records".
  4. Click "View Holds".  This will tell you the holds that exist on your record.
  5. If you have any questions about the hold on your record, call the office associated with the hold.

  Change Your Major/Minor

  1. Complete the online Change/Declare/Add Major or Minor through EKU Direct.
  2. Login to EKU Direct
  3. Click on Student Services and Financial Aid
  4. Choose Registration
  5. Choose Change/Declare/Add Major or Minor (Undergraduates Only)
  6. Students are expected to review their DegreeWorks audit through the EKU Direct account, ten business days after submitting a request, to verify accuracy and obtain the name and contact information of their new advisor.

Only students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree are eligible to declare a minor. Students in the B.A. General Studies major may not declare a minor.

Students interested in exploring the requirements of a new major should first view a "what-if" Degree Works audit before officially changing their major.

It is important for students to make early contact with their department, either before declaring a major or immediately afterwards, to review their new program requirements.

NOTE:
When changing your major, you will be under the requirements of the EKU Catalog currently in effect for major and supporting courses. General education requirements are based on the EKU catalog in effect at the time you entered EKU.

 

  Access your DegreeWorks and "What if" DegreeWorks Reports

  Change your PIN

  1. Login. If you need to know how to Login, please see item one. user login 
  2. From the main menu, click on the "Personal Information" Menu.
  3. Click "Change PIN".
  4. Enter your old PIN, then the PIN you would like to change it to.  Click "Change PIN".
  5. Call (859) 622-2320 if you have any questions or problems changing your PIN.

 Check your Financial Aid

  1. Login. If you need to know how to Login, please see item one. user login  
  2. From the main menu click on the "Student Services & Financial Aid" Menu.
  3. Click "Financial Aid".
  4. Click "My Overall Status of Financial Aid".
  5. Select the Award Year. Click "Select Aid Year".
  6. Click "Student Requirements" if you want to see the status of your requirements.
  7. Click "Awarded" if you would like to see the amount awarded to you.

 

  Check your Account Balance

  1. Login. If you need to know how to Login, please see item one.user login
  2. From the main menu click on the "Student Services & Financial Aid" Menu.
  3. Click "Account Balance".
  4. Select the term that you want to view, then click "Submit Term".
  5. To view your complete account balance for all terms, click "Complete Account Summary" at the bottom of the page.

 Make Account Payments Online

  1. Login. If you need to know how to Login, please see item one.user login
  2. From the main menu click on the "Student Services & Financial Aid" Menu.
  3. Click "Account Balance".
  4. Select the term that you want to view then click "Submit Term".
  5. Here you will see the account balance review of the term you selected.
  6. Click "Complete Account Summary" at the bottom of the page.
  7. Here you will see your total account balance for all terms.
  8. To make a credit card payment, click "Credit Card Payment" at the bottom of the page.
  9. At this point you will need to select Card Type using the drop down box, then enter your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, and payment amount you wish to apply to your account.
  10. Click "Submit Payment".
  11. You will be told to wait while the transaction is being completed. This may take up 90 seconds.
